Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IconMarvel, including our website, icon search, icon detail pages, collections, favorites, customization tools, SVG and PNG downloads, account features, feedback tools, subscription plans, and any related services we provide.

By accessing IconMarvel, creating an account, downloading an icon, customizing an asset, saving a collection, or using any paid or free feature, you agree to these terms. If you use IconMarvel for a company, client, team, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

What IconMarvel provides

IconMarvel is an icon discovery, customization, and download platform for designers, developers, creators, teams, and businesses. The platform may include free icons, premium icons, SVG exports, PNG exports, PDF or code-oriented exports where available, color customization, rotation, scaling, flipping, collections, favorites, search, category browsing, and related workflow features.

We may improve, add, limit, suspend, rename, or remove features as the platform evolves. Some features may depend on availability, account status, plan type, download limits, geographic availability, technical requirements, or administrative settings.

• Search results are provided to help you discover icons and may change over time.
• Customization tools are provided for convenience and do not guarantee suitability for every production environment.
• Downloaded files should be reviewed by you before use in apps, websites, printed materials, brand systems, or client deliverables.

Accounts and account security

You may need an account to save collections, like icons, access premium downloads, manage plan features, or use account-specific services. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.

• Do not share paid account access outside the person or team covered by your plan.
• Do not create multiple accounts to bypass download limits, attribution rules, or access restrictions.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, automated scraping, payment disputes, security risks, or repeated policy violations.

Free icons and attribution

IconMarvel may offer a free tier or free icons. Free icons may be subject to download limits, attribution requirements, personal-use restrictions, format restrictions, or other limits shown in the product, pricing page, download flow, or license notes.

If attribution is required for a free icon, you must provide clear credit to IconMarvel or the listed creator/source in a reasonable location near the use, in project credits, in documentation, or in another visible and appropriate place for the medium.

• Do not remove required attribution unless your plan or the specific license allows no-attribution use.
• Do not present free icons as your own standalone asset library or redistribute them as downloadable files.
• Free access can be changed, limited, or discontinued for future downloads. Rights already granted for properly downloaded assets remain subject to the license that applied at download time.

Premium icons and commercial use

Premium icons and paid-plan features may include broader rights, higher download limits, no-attribution use, commercial use, team workflows, or additional export formats. Your rights depend on the plan, license, and terms active when the asset is downloaded.

Unless a specific license says otherwise, a valid paid plan allows you to use downloaded icons as part of your own larger design, website, application, presentation, marketing material, client work, internal tool, or commercial product. The icon must be incorporated into a larger work and may not be sold, sublicensed, or distributed as a standalone icon, icon pack, source file, asset library, stock asset, template asset, or competing download product.

• Commercial use means use inside your own or your client project, not resale of the icon file itself.
• Team access applies only to authorized team members covered by the active plan.
• If your subscription ends, you may continue using icons properly downloaded during an active paid period, but you may not continue downloading premium assets or using paid-only platform features without an active plan.

License restrictions

To protect IconMarvel, creators, customers, and the integrity of the icon library, some uses are not allowed unless we give written permission. These restrictions apply to free and premium assets.

You may not use IconMarvel assets in a way that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, or designed to replace IconMarvel as the original source of icons.

• Do not resell, sublicense, package, upload, or redistribute icons as standalone files, icon packs, design asset libraries, stock resources, marketplace listings, downloadable templates, NFTs, training datasets, or competing services.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, mass download, mirror, index, extract, or rebuild the IconMarvel library.
• Do not imply IconMarvel endorsement, partnership, certification, or sponsorship unless we have agreed in writing.
• Do not use icons in logos, trademarks, service marks, or brand identifiers where exclusive ownership is required, unless the specific license permits it and you have completed your own trademark clearance.
• Do not use icons in content that promotes malware, fraud, exploitation, harassment, illegal activity, or intentional deception.

Customization and exported files

IconMarvel may let you recolor, resize, rotate, flip, apply gradients, preview, copy, or export icons in formats such as SVG and PNG. Customization changes the appearance of the exported file but does not transfer ownership of the underlying icon, metadata, or platform technology to you.

You are responsible for checking exported files before publishing them. This includes reviewing colors, contrast, accessibility, file size, technical compatibility, browser rendering, and whether the asset is appropriate for the project context.

Subscriptions, billing, and plan limits

Paid plans may be billed monthly, yearly, or on another interval shown at checkout. Prices, included features, download limits, seat limits, plan names, trial terms, taxes, and renewal rules may vary by plan and may change for future billing periods.

If you purchase through a payment provider, payment processing is handled by that provider. You authorize applicable charges for the selected plan, renewals, taxes, and any upgrades you choose. Failed payments may result in loss of paid features, reduced limits, or account restrictions.

• Plan limits are intended for genuine project use, not automated harvesting or library replication.
• Upgrades may take effect immediately or according to the checkout flow. Downgrades or cancellations may take effect at the end of the billing period unless stated otherwise.
• Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the checkout terms, applicable law, payment provider rules, and whether substantial downloads or paid features have already been used.

Collections, feedback, and user content

You may create collections, save liked icons, submit feedback, vote on feature ideas, send support messages, or provide other content through IconMarvel. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant IconMarvel permission to host, store, display, process, and use it to provide and improve the platform.

Feedback, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, and ideas may be used by IconMarvel without obligation to compensate you. Do not submit confidential client information, trade secrets, or sensitive material through feedback unless we have agreed to a secure intake process.

• Do not submit content that violates someone else rights or contains harmful code.
• Do not use collections or feedback tools to harass, impersonate, spam, or abuse other users or our team.
• We may remove user content that violates these terms or creates operational, legal, or security risk.

Acceptable use of the platform

You agree to use IconMarvel only in a lawful, fair, and reasonable way. The platform is built for designers and developers to discover and use icons in real projects, not for abuse, extraction, reverse engineering, or disruption.

• Do not interfere with servers, APIs, rate limits, authentication, security controls, download systems, or access restrictions.
• Do not use bots, scripts, crawlers, browser automation, or scraping tools to collect icons, metadata, search results, or category structures at scale.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, clone, decompile, or bypass the platform, including download controls, guest limits, premium checks, or content protection.
• Do not upload, transmit, or attempt to introduce malware, malicious SVG, malicious scripts, credential attacks, spam, or fraudulent activity.

Ownership and intellectual property

IconMarvel and its licensors own the platform, brand, interface, software, code, design systems, icons, metadata, search systems, collections architecture, download workflows, and related intellectual property, except for content you own and submit to us.

Your license to use downloaded icons is limited to the rights granted by your plan and these terms. No ownership of IconMarvel, the icon library, source files, metadata, search index, or platform technology is transferred to you.

• IconMarvel trademarks, logos, product names, and branding may not be used without permission.
• Creator names, source names, and attribution notices must not be removed when the applicable license requires them.
• If you believe content on IconMarvel infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify the asset and your ownership claim.

Availability, changes, and reliability

We work to keep IconMarvel fast, useful, and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of collections, permanent availability of every icon, or error-free exports. Search results, categories, collections, download formats, and asset availability may change.

We may limit or suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, fraud prevention, platform integrity, or abuse prevention.

Disclaimers and liability limits

IconMarvel is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that every icon will meet your legal, technical, accessibility, branding, trademark, or commercial requirements. You are responsible for confirming that any icon, customization, or export is suitable for your intended use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IconMarvel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, client disputes, or costs arising from your use of the platform or assets.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using IconMarvel at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created security or legal risk, abused download limits, failed to pay, misused assets, or used the platform in a way that harms IconMarvel, creators, customers, or third parties.

Termination does not remove obligations that should reasonably survive, including payment obligations, license restrictions, ownership terms, disclaimers, liability limits, and restrictions on redistribution or scraping.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as IconMarvel evolves, including changes to plans, features, licenses, compliance requirements, payment flows, or platform operations. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required.

Your continued use of IconMarvel after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms for future use. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform and avoid new downloads.
